Each electronic kit from our store is inspected for appearance and basic functionality before shipping. Please power it on and test it as soon as you receive it and confirm that it works properly before installing it onto the structure. Damage caused by installing without testing, or by improper installation or usage environment, is not covered by after-sales service.
To ensure the best first experience, we recommend fully charging the battery first. During charging, you can check the battery level via the power indicator; when fully charged, the power indicator turns green.
After power-up, follow the steps below to connect your RIG-Puppy:
Select a 2.4G network from the WiFi list, manually enter the password and tap Start Pairing.
Connect your Lulu and witness its evolution from machine to "cyber life".
Through the "Xiaolu Classmate" mini program, customize Lulu's personality, dialogue style and voice traits, and switch among multiple built-in agents with one tap.
During daily interactions, view Lulu's "Five-Dimension Personality" panel in the mini program in real time and witness its personality evolve.
Based on interaction frequency and content, the system auto-generates an exclusive mood diary, recording this cyber life's daily thoughts.
After boot and online, wake the robot with the wake word "Xiaolu Classmate". Try these command words!
After firmware update, the device enters calibration mode automatically on power-up. If motion angle drift occurs, triple-tap the top button to enter calibration manually. On entering calibration, servos auto-center and enter torque-release state (legs swing freely). Then place the device on a flat desktop, adjust to the standard posture, and triple-tap the top button again to complete calibration.
