Each electronic kit from our store is inspected for appearance and basic functionality before shipping. Please power it on and test it as soon as you receive it and confirm that it works properly before installing it onto the structure. Damage caused by installing without testing, or by improper installation or usage environment, is not covered by after-sales service.
To ensure the best first experience, we recommend fully charging the battery first. During charging, you can check the battery level via the power indicator; when fully charged, the power indicator turns green.
As a balancing robot, the power-on posture is critical: 1. Manual start: place Wenwen vertically on a flat desk and gently hold it upright. 2. Toggle switch: turn on the power. 3. Wait for calibration: after the screen lights up, hold it steady for about 2-3s until the IMU initializes. 4. Release: when you feel a slight torque feedback from the wheel motor (as if "resisting" your finger), release. Wenwen auto-enters self-balancing standby.
After power-up, follow the steps below to connect Wenwen:
Select a 2.4G network from the WiFi list (note: 5G is not supported yet), manually enter the password and tap Start Pairing.
Connect your Wenwen and witness its evolution from machine to "cyber life".
Through the "Xiaolu Classmate" mini program, you can customize its personality, dialogue style and voice traits.
During daily interactions, view Wenwen's "Five-Dimension Personality" panel in the mini program in real time and witness its personality evolve.
Based on interaction frequency and content, the system auto-generates an exclusive mood diary, recording this cyber life's daily thoughts.
After boot and online, wake the robot with the wake word "Xiaolu Classmate". Try these command words!
